Being new back to Boston after five years away and having a puppy for the first time in a city environ, I realized the need for a dog walking service on occasions where I might be gone for longer then five hours. I saw a young man walking two dogs in the Commons who was the kindest and most gentle of all the service providers I had observed for over a month. He worked for Caroline at Urban Paw Print who I immediately contacted. They are licensed, insured and above all else the most professional and kindest pet professionals I have ever met!!!! Caroline picks great folks to walk our pets and runs a very tight ship from daily feedback after the walk( to include a photo) to her billing. I am thrilled and delighted to have discovered this outstanding service.

I have used Urban Paw Print since I moved to Boston last summer, at least once per month and often more. The team has taken great care of my two cats on daily visits. Generally I have one sitter come over for a requested period.
The cats are well groomed and content when I return from my trips, even long ones. I like getting the daily updates and pics via emails or texts, and they will let me know about any changes in their behaviors.
Caroline is responsive to my random pet sitting requests, even last minute ones. I don't have a need for any other pet sitting service, and know that others in my building are using this great team.

Caroline and her team are amazing. She's honest, trustworthy, loving, and dedicated. I have a one-year-old Shiba Inu that is extremely anxious and fearful of strangers and Caroline had a lot of patience taking her on walks regularly. My dog now jumps and smiles at the sight of Caroline and this is an incredible accomplishment given just how shy my dog is. She also always sends pictures and lets you know how the walk went. We would recommend Urban Paw Print to anyone who is looking for someone who will take care of your dog as if their own.

Caroline and Layla are fantastic! I know my cat is in excellent hands when I travel. No longer does he sulk and follow me around for weeks meowing after an absence. After he has a week with Layla, I think he misses her when I come back.
I've used Urban Paw print several times this year, and each time has been excellent. Once or twice I had to leave medication for my cat and Layla not only administered it professionally, but suggested ways we could make the whole process easier. I also especially look forward to the daily picture from her visit. It's so nice to see that my cat is relaxed and getting to play even though I can't be with him.

I second the reviewer who said that there should be a way to give Caroline and Layla more than five stars. Our cat was just diagnosed with a serious health issue but is now stable and in relatively good shape for his age (19.5 years old!). He requires medication 2x a day and I was nervous about asking someone to look in on him twice a day while I was away on vacation. I should not have worried at all -- Layla completely won him over. He seemed so much happier and healthier when we returned after a week, and it was wonderful and much appreciated to receive photos for every visit. Caroline and Layla really do have a way with animals -- I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Caroline takes my little Pom on walks many times during the week. She is super dependable and my little guy loves her! We feel so blessed to have found someone who loves our dog and cares for him like we do!

Like so many other reviewers, I have only wonderful things to say about Caroline and Urban Paw Print. I have a very friendly cat named Frank and he means the world to me. I was a little dubious at first about the idea of a cat sitter and until this spring he had always gone to the cat hotel (aka the vet) when I was away. Frank, however, despises the MBTA and always gains a disturbing amount of holiday weight when he stays at the vet, so I decided to try it out. I found Urban Paw Print from the myriad stellar reviews here on Yelp. Very rarely do 5-star yelp reviews live up to their claims, but I have to echo everything that's been said here - I cannot imagine a better cat sitter than Caroline. She really is as good as it gets. She came over initially to meet Frank. He immediately took a shining to her (and her bag!) and she made me feel comfortable by asking lots of questions about Frank, his personality, what he likes to do, what he eats, etc. It was fantastic to find someone who so clearly genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. Caroline has visited with Frank a number of times over the past few months and I'm able to enjoy my time away knowing that Frank is in the best hands. I love that she sends an email from each visit with a brief note on what they did and an awesome photo. (Seriously, she should charge for pet photography, I'd be first in line!) If you're looking for a cat sitter and you want the best one in town, then there's really only one place in Boston that fits the bill: Urban Paw Print is truly the cat's meow.

I highly recommend Urban Paw Print. Caroline takes great care of our cat. She checked in on him multiple times while my husband and I were on vacation and sent a note and picture after every visit. Our cat is scared of everything and everyone, but Caroline took the time to play with him and his favorite toy and to give him the attention he needed while we were away. In addition, Caroline is reliable and trustworthy. We will be using her often in the future.

Coco, my cat, has warmed up to Caroline quicker than any other sitter. I love receiving quick notes and pictures each time she visits Coco. If you want a sitter who really cares about your precious pet, Caroline at Urban Paw Prints is the one!

I cannot say enough good things about Urban Paw Print! Caroline is absolutely amazing with my two cats and I am convinced she is a real life "cat whisperer." Our older cat, Oliver, tends to be a bit shy around new people but amazingly he went right up to Caroline and let her pet him before she even took her jacket off. Caroline took such good care of our cats while we were out of town that I would call her up again in a heartbeat!

Urban Paw Print is wonderful! Caroline is a very diligent pet owner, herself. She has taken the time to get to know my very "needy" dog who came from a background of abuse. Caroline is very patient and is truly wonderful! Urban Paw Print is great, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel comfortable that their pets are well-cared for and safe.
